I bought my bike on 5th jan 2011.from akashaya automobiles in malad. As soon as I got my bike with in 1 week ther is all sorts of problem in my bike like
1}taping problem:-my bike had a wired sound.from its engine.
2}disk plates:-my tyre was rubbing my disk plates.and was making a skuishee noise
MY FIRST SERVICING
During my servicing they said that they had fixed my problem and had kept my bike ready, when I took it for a test drive I found that all the problems where there, and none of it was fixed.

they had DROPPED my bike in the showroom.and got a scratch and a dent on my tank.
i called them and told them about my problem, they asked me to come back to the showwroom.F.Y.I, i stay in kurla, i had to go back to show them the problem, but the akashaya people where so careless , that when I reached there no one was ready to take the responsibility bcoz they guy who had servised my bike had gone home early.so I had to come back again the next day.
NEXT MORNING:-i visited earlly morning, the guy who fixed my bike was not present, so I had to take it with the supervisor, he said he will check the security cameras and will come to a conclusion, he was in the security room for 1hour, then he came outside and told me that the day when I had given my bike on servising the camera was off,
comeon mhen, whom who lieying, the onli authorised showwromm whre all the spoirts bikes are kept, the security cameras where off...hahahah
BIGEST LIE EVER.the guy is still working ther.i know his name____
so in the end they said that nothing can be done and I had to go with a dented tank.
AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING:-i came back to fix my bike previous problem, they took around RS:-600, to fix the taping and to clean the disk plates
which was never fixed, i had to bring my bike to the showroom so many times, that all the machanics know me by name.
even the supervisor is a bigest lier, they told me that the disk plate is bend, and I have to replace it,
NEW PROBLEM:-so I took my bike to the machanic who had some sympaty, boz he knew that I was coming to the showroom everyday.
for me its very far bcoz I stay at kurla.
so he checked properlly and said that the plates where not bend and the screw was looos,
I WAS SO SHOCKED, I WAS RIDING A BIKE WHOSE SCREW WAS LOOSE, AND THE SUPERVISOR DIN EVEN KNW.
LONG SPEECH SHORT.FROM THE 1ST DAY I BROUGHT THISE BIKE, IM FACING MANY PROBLEMS, AND REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.AS THE AKASHAYA PEOPLE ARE VERRY CARELESS AND NOT LOOKING IN TO MY MATTER.
I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY INSURANCE PAPERS, EVERY TIME I GET CAUGHT BY THE POLICE I HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY.
PLS HELP ME......
