My experience with the service quality of Suzuki is average and the respond from the company itself is very bad.
I have sent 15 reminders to the companies top management including the country head for service and no response.
Today, after 3 years, they refuse to take owner ship of the defective on arrival piece which unfortunately was sold to me. They expect that every complaint in the bike should have been informed to the head of service from day one.
Hats off to such thinking. Guys please think twice before going for SUZUKI BIKE.
