Hi,
I just thought of writing a review for the first time. My father recently bought a "suzuki heat" motorcycle for him in coimbatore and I am a S/W engineer working in Bangalore and whenever I go to my native place(coimbatore) I very much like to drive this new bike even though I am having my santro car.
Now we have covered more than 1500 kms in this bike. It z really good.
I am just giving here what I liked in this bike verymuch.
1) Its pickup, I find very good starting pickup this bike produces, and especially in first and second gears. It is a 125 cc bike.
2) Comfort in the city ride, everyone knows about our Indian road conditions, even in the pothole roads the comfort is very good, and the suspension is very good. Its sturdy.
3) Gives decent milege about 60 KM/h.
4) Gear shifting is very smooth.
5) And the road grip is very good, when I ride the bike in the gravel and in sand, it is going fine and there is no skidding feeling, I think one of the reason for this is the tyre sizes are big.
6) And the bike weight is 115 kgs, which is manageable, and you can put the side stand or the center stand easily.
We first thought of buying a Splendour, and later we changed our mind and bought this and now we are feeling the money invested on this bike is worthy.
One last word, the bikes seat is little hard(not like TVS bikes, those are softer), and the person having less height, will be little difficult to drive this. And a short lady want to sit in the pillion will be having some difficulty. Suzuki has to correct this fault.
And Black colour gives decent look.
Apart from this I think there is no negative points.
Rate wise it is cheaper compared to other 125 cc bikes available in the market.
So Go ahead and book your suzuki heat.
Thanks,
Sundar
