I would say its a very interesting move by Suzuki motors to challege the cruiser segment with their Suzuki Intruder 150.
At first glace anyone would easily mistake it to be a big cc bike and get their jaws dropped to learn that its a 155cc bike. And at the same time the ones who own it just wish it had a little more cc and a like more bhp because its been made sharing its cousins Gixxer 155’s parts and engine which is tuned to bring in a little more torque.
Performance: Nothing new apart for the the riding position it offers the same punch offered by its cousins the Gixxer 155 and 155 SF. There is no compromise in that field apart for the wish by all Suzuki die hard fans for it to be a bigger cc bike.
Mileage: The Suzuki SEP technology promises 55-60 kms per litre but practically you can achieve a mileage of 50-55 km on higways and 40-45 in city traffic.
Looks: Its got the looks from its big daddy the Intruder 1800cc but no the power though but every one who looks at it are always short of words because its stunning. The only down is that it should have been atleast a 250 cc or a 300cc for sure.
My Verdict:
If your looking for a style statement and a show stopper hands down go for it at this price point its a good pick. The down side is the horrible service of suzuki india please listen and give you customers a better support I do have nightmares with the service team of suzuki. Apart from that I love what suzuki offers.
