I bought slingshot plus in early 2013. One thing I really dislike in this bike is the suspension. You will feel each and every bum on road when you riding solo. With pillion rider suspension works fine. Reason for this weight of bike itself is very low plus poor tech used by Suzuki as compared to Honda. Suzuki really needs to recall all slingshots and fix suspension problem.
You will get 50-55 kms/ltr in city. Pick up is best in it’s segment. Sitting position is very very comfortable especially if you are 30+. But suspension is a spinebreaker. I have very good experience of the service center, Ahmedabad. Your wife will complain about back seat height :)
