I bought this bike on September 2010 nearly 2000 kms are completed. I have read so many reviews in this web site, And I choose 125cc segment. my budget is 50, 000 Rupees and my expectation is minimum 50 kms mileage with Power Start. And I go to Suzuki Product for Engine reliability, immediate delivery and reasonable price. Suzuki Sling shot has 125CC Engine, It’s on road price 51300 for spoke, 53000 for Alloy, I choose Spoke for in future suppose Wheel has bend its able to clear the bend, but not possible the alloy wheel. And it has 5 gear option, first is down and remaining 4 is up.
Mileage:
Before first service I got 55 KMPL in local and 60KMPL in NH, I think it will increase after 3rd service.
Speed:
Recently I have checked the top speed in my bike its going up to 95 to 96 KMPH but not touch 100 KMPH.
When I go to 95 kmph I didn’t feel any vibration, but its suitable for 60 to 65KMPH then only we can able to control the bike because disc Break option is not available in this model.
Futures :
Gear indicator as similar to ZEUS Model, able to remove the seat, Self start with engine on off switch. Over all weight is approximately 125 Kg.
Positives:
Better Millage, Smooth Riding, Suitable for Local and Long drive also. Engine noise is very low when using 4th and 5th gear. Easily touch 60 kmph with in few seconds. Seat position is comfortable for rider.
Powerful and strong engine with ZERO Vibration for top speed.
Single kick is enough for start in every morning, Rear Brake Is easy to control up to 60 KMPH speed.
Negative:
Head light design (Its simply copy from Yamaha FZ series), Rear seat height is little more, some difficult to sit for pillion especially ladies, Resale value is less compare to other make.
OVER ALL I am satisfied with this bike.
