I bought Swish 125 from SMK Suzuki, Porur in January 2015. Vehicle is good & gives reasonable mileage 48 KMPL. But I have faced many issues because of the insufficient service capacity of the dealer.I have listed out the details below.
1.Initially they have provided the vehicle with corrotion(photos enclosed).Also they have argued this is normal.
2.With in a month the battery is not working. It got replaced by Exide.But I have spent more than 1 week for that.
3.From the initial itself I feel very high vibration & my hands are start paining.After many service attempt also they are not able to solve this issue. Finally they are accepting, they are not able to solve this. And request me to approach ABT Suzuki.
4.In my two months experience I gave five times for service.
I am saying all the above are dealer issue since I am an existing user of Swish 125. Its a very good vehicle.
5.They took more than 2 months to issue RC Book even for cash payments.
I suggest you all to buy Suzuki product from the right who is having enough technical knowledge & service support.In chennai many of my friends suggest ABT Suzuki.
We are buying new vehicle to save our time(by avoiding time in service centers) and also to for safe ride. Please Think before you Buy.
