Being a mechie, I ll have 2 speak more about bike than others, Generally I don write reviews but my Suzuki zeus compels me 2 do so, I bought it 4 months ago (tat 2 IInd hand). I initially spent some 2K on changing my clutch set etc. Coming to the performance point, the gear shifter just needs less effort. You’ll just get addicted 2 those gear indicators( you ll notice tat when you ride other ones).
I bet its "THE" same bloody FIERO engine, Suzuki rocks on tat sense. You can feel the power till 4th Gear, but once you enter the fifth zone, its something like the OVERDRIVE in your car, (Don ever try accelerating through your 5th gear, its pretty dangerous 4 overtakes). it has a decent pick-up & ultimate handling, the BEST part of it is tat it never SHIVERS over 9000RPM unlike any other bike, (i mean the extra vibrational noise which is added to your engine sound)
Trust me or not, literally I touch 85+(KMPH) daily on d way 2 my off, very pleasing & comfortable when I cut through vents(i mean very critical gaps in Chennai traffic). I feel like the "speedo" is calibrated badly, so guys try checking tat out on some race tracks!!!
The final tag is, "It rides like a Cheetah when you are in a racing mood or else a go cool bike when you feel romantic" whichever way you choose her to be!!
