I bought this bike in oct 2007, riding for couple of months. I recommend this bike for people who wants reliable engine and low cost maintenance. Its give comfortable mileage of 60 KMPL in city traffic. I’m riding this bike in Bangalore and daily a distance of min 20 KM.
This bike is not for people who like good pickup and sporty looks. This is a family bike.
My observations
Riding the bike in economy will give good milage..more than 65KMPL
Suziki designed the vechical very nice...we can drive the bike for hours and your back wont get strained
Other good factor I observed in this its control. Wide brake drum enables good braking...for good entrol use both frot and rear brakes. I touched 90kmph on highway and noticed is the control u get while driving in that speed. excellent control..where my experience with other bikes in the same segment is not that good in that speed
You can start the vehicle in any gear.
Bike will move in 5th gear also( though this is of not much use as less pickup of the bike)..i found this useful in number of gear changes
6 Engine has high tourque..which makes bike to move in 5th gear in low speed as well.( my experience is it is working..but when we go two persons...it cannot move as the engineer Bhp is less(pickup)

1. Pickup is less when compared to other bikes in same segment
