I have Maruti Suzuki Alto and Suzuki Zeus. I have seen very good experience in Maruti Suzuki. However, Suzuki two wheeler I get the worst experience when I leave the bike for service. I have given my bike twice for the service and asked to fit backside footrest. It is not done and the pillion rider experience problems. First time I asked to replace the stand and footrest since it was broken. They have just replaced the footrest stand and mentioned that footrest was out of stock.
I don’t understand if the foot rest was out of stock why they have replaced the stand. From last 3-4 months my bike don’t have rear foot rest. Also, the wait time was more for delivery I waited around half an hour after paying the cash. I see this pathetic service in Sapthagiri Auto mobiles Rajajinagar, I have quoted the Invoice number IW1121053 Dated 04-02-2012. Also other experience I have staff is arrogant and specially a person called Gowda. I don’t suggest any of my friends and relatives to buy Suzuki two wheeler.
Both vehicle quality and service are pathetic. I too spent more than 7000 for maintenance for 20000 kms.
