I had taken Zeus 8 months back. This was the first Bike I bought from my money .Since I am buying for first time was very much eager to get the Good bike. I did quite a research about 4 stroke bike , and finally shorlisted Discover 125, Victor Glx and Zeus. My Priorities were Smooth riding , Less Maintance and Mileage. I was never gone for Pickup and Looks , , , , which will make u happy for short time. After testdrive , I selected Zeus instanly .Only blocking factor was , that time Zeus was not having Self start . So I have taken Zeus Kick Start with Disk Brakes.Now after 8 months of Zeus .
With Daily riding for around 15 km , I completed around 3000km and 5th Paid service is done just week ago. these were my observation1) Riding : I am still enjoying riding . Since I am staying in bangalore , with this traffic problem , i still manage to minimise Gear change. I always pefer to take my bike , while going outside with friends.2) Night Driving: I Feel HeadLight is not powerfull , Vision is not clear when compare to other Bikes.
I am not sure what is solution ?3) Engine gets Hot very fast : I told this to service Guys during one of the service time .They told , since its is Aluminum Engine , its Hot very fast and It will Cool Very soon . I am not sure if it is Good Feature of Bad one .As long as it does effect Bike Performance I am ok with this.4) Mileage: I am getting mileage around 53 consistenly . I am using Indian Oil Ordinary Petrol. I am reading People are getting 67-70 . Never touched that fancy figures. Bit disappointed with Mileage.5) Fuel Indicator: Fuel Indicator is not accurate .
Its goes to extreme left on Reserve. It should touch red line when comes to Reserve. I showed this problem many times to service Guys at Suziki Showroom at Millers Road, but they don’t have any clue how to fix this. I am not sure , if other Suziki showroom Service Guys can fix this or not. 6) Pickup : Pickup is Good Enough. I am ok with this. I am not using this for Race, so its fine.
