This is my second update.
I own zeus now for almost 22 months. I am completely happy with performance.
I get around 60-65 kmpl(ordinary petrol). No major issues (touchwood).
Morning start problem exist and have to get rectified in every servicing (no permanent solution)
Suzuki has a small presence in 2 wheeler mkt. I see some benefits for vehicle owners.
You get good discount (initial purchase)
Service center is not crowded (you get better service) (compared to HH and Bajaj)
you get good responce at Service center

After lot of research and test rides of almost all bikes, I finally decided to go for Zeus. Thanks to mouthshut community for providing me good tips and feedback.
For me most important was comfort as I am 6feet+, I could not find unicorn/pulsar/discover that comfortable.
Next parameter was fuel efficiency (Atleast 55+) and price.
Third was looks
Zeus satisfied my needs so I decided to go for it. I bought last year’s model which has slightly different looks than current models. As this was an old model, I got good bargain. In addition to that Dealear replaced its wheels and put alloy wheels (heat alloy wheels are placed to my bike).
Now coming to my experience fo far
KM done 550, First service not done yet
I get around 60km/lit on highway condition, I drive at 40-45. I am hoping this would go up after first service. On highway bike is running at a constant speed and without a need to change a gear or operate clutch.
Torque is good as I can drive at 5th gear at min speed of 25 and in 4th gear with min speed of 15.
Cold Start problem ,
it exist, but it starts in first kick with Choke on. I would say after you start your bike in the morning, give slight throttle for one min, and let engine get warm. I do that and there is no issue of engine stopping in the middle of road. DO NOT drive on reserve. Always have atleast 1 lit of petrol above reserve. it reduces cold start problem. Driver manual suggest to turn off the fuel tap when parked. I followed that but cold start problem increased, so I keep always on.
Few things I liked about this bike
Gear indicator, Comfortable seating, milage, price tag.
Some cons
Looks, I like looks of discover/cbz. but its a personal choice.
