I am misled by their website that they are the most trusted and reputed names in the movers and packers industry, I made a big mistake. Even if they are cheap you will haveto forget about your valuable items sent through SVL because, it willbe broken.
I had a bitter experience recently with them, they havebroken the dressing table mirror , beero mirror , teared beds andbroken Washing machine . They are still yet to repair those things , giving false hopes.They don t give much care while packing and that’sthe reason so many damages.
I will not recommend anyone to go to thissvl unless they don t care about their items being moved. I don t knowhow Infosys is their client which they had put in their website , couldbe a method to cheat people. Very very bad service. There is no proper customer care and if you didnot give enough tips to the people who loaded and packed the things , they will damage the items which we will come to know only when we open it. I am still chasing them for clearing the damages they made but as usual it goes in vain.
