I’ve recently Booked a ticket for me and my relatives with this travels from visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. The price is not at all reasonable when it’s compared with their service. No proper timing and they didn’t maintain according to their schedule. Not only that, I’m not at all satisfied with the comfort level and staff support. After dropping us in Hyderabad at one point, they asked other people who need to reach other dropping points to get into another bus just to save fuel and money. They are also charging extra fee and all while booking a ticket at the time of checkout. Don’t prefer this travels until and unless you don’t have any other options
