Recently I brought a flat in dumdum area which is constructed by Swabhumi construction and state development pvt. Ltd kolkata. I have a very poor experience regarding this builder. They used very poor quality row materials for building my flat. And facing some troubles regarding my flat.
One day I found huge amount of water on the floor, which was actually rain water came through the celling from leakage.
Huge amount of iron comes through the water taps.
I found a huge amount of damp scattered over the walls.
So, I like to suggest you don’t go for this builder.
