So the so called film critic Taran Adarsh has given his verdict for the movie even before the people actually go n watch the movie n not to forget the famous Times of India Film Critic Nikhat Kazmi has given two star rating for the movie.
Can I ask a simple question, why are these guys after Ashutosh Gwarikar??
You know the problem with our nation is the people like these...whenever anyone tries to do something meaningful for the people , for the nation ...there are thousand like these to pull that person down, how long can we see the same BORRING stuff of boy meeting gal n falling in love n bla bla...will it ever end, I guess never..but still cant v make something more realistic n thought provoking?
why the hell every thing has to be made keeping in mind the Box office Ist? dont v all agree that cinema is a medium which reflect the state of a nation, its people, its problems all the pros n cons..... so whats wrong with Ashutosh, that every so called ’’jaychand’’ I mean Taran Adarsh types are trying pull him down for not making an entertaining movie.....u know, for them ent. means Yash Chopra n Karan Johr......types....thats it.
Lets leave all that n talk abt the movie a bit.... I saw the movie with some of my friend here in Singapore...n we all had tears in our eyes not once but a few times..... thats the truth shown in the movie bare naked! its ugly but it is realty! we cant ignore ourselves....we cant always look in a mirror n say its not me but someone else.
Swades is a thought provoking movie made by a pure heart n pure soul thats Asutosh Gwarikar....n not to forget SRK , he did the best acting of his entire career so far...even my friends(Kora Ganguly, Amit, Umesh n Raj ) who r not that great fan of SRK, who didnt enjoy movies like Mai Hoo Naa n Veer-Zara; actually loved him in Swades...that itself is the biggest compliment for Sharukh Khan. go n watch the movie if u think for ur nation, ur motherland...so what , if she is not wearing the best of the clothes, so what if she is a little dirty...but still she is ur mother....n u love ur mother(land)...dont u?
so ....guys dont make up ur mind by reading any of those Ch...articles in the national newspapers...(may be they didn’t get any money) GO ....to see that there is the guy who had the guts to make a movie like this ....n slapped all the so called designer n semi porn(jism, murder etc) movie makers.....very hard...we can only hope that they
also felt it right!
