I have purchased 3 Printed T-Shirts, 2 got delivered.
The print was pathetic, looks like a 7 year old’s painting project, very very low quality ink used.
I tried contacting Customer Service, they do not have a phone number.(Very Convenient)
I have sent an email to the address swagshirts99@gmail.com and tried to contact them through their WhatsApp 9644371050 and did not get a response.
5 days later, I did not receive any response on the email. I thought i’ll try to contact them back again through WhatsApp, this time, I got a response. Thank God.
I inquired about the 1 Missing T-Shirt, the person responded with "The Order TShirt is dispatched from different factory, delivery in 5 business days". I ask the person the expected delivery date, the response I received was shocking, which is "Please read again(Last 4 Words)". I repeated my question again, and with the same response.
- I was surprised with the Quality of the product, their delivery and how they handle their customers.
