I had book a bus ticket with swagat tours and travels from jaisalmer to ahmedabad. we had arrived before departure time but when we arrived the service provider cancelled bus and our ticket gave to another customer.and when we argued with him he said that you are missed the bus.so its behave very rudely with his customer. so I can’t recommended swagat tours and travels.although the cleanliness of this bus is third class comparing with other bus travels.so thnik wisely when you choose swagat travles.
