I was really disappointed by their services & the location of this hotel.
The room we were given didn’t have any good view from the balcony, there were only buildings & other hotels in front of our balcony. On first day they gave us room on the 2nd floor and the other day, asked us to shift to the 1st floor in another room.
Water running from the taps was muddy(brownish). After making several requests, they fixed it slightly but still it was not completely clear.
Some sanitary problem was also there, I saw a big cockroach in my room which I later killed with my slipper:( and took a photograph(attached, plz see).
Hotel gave us a tasteless welcome drink juice after an hour of our arriving and it was only when I asked them it they provide any. Rest of their juices in the breakfast & dinner were tasteless. It seemed if they have added more water to the juice to increase the quantity.
Breakfast and Dinner Buffet were pathetic. There was hardly any option. In breakfast they served very thin Prantha with pickle & curd+ bread with butter and jam+ tasteless juice+ chocos with milk+ uthapam+ tea(all inexpensive items).
The only good part was that a few staff members were helpful.
