Every person I was in contact with prior to and during the move was friendly and courteous. They not only responded to requests, but also regularly asked if there was anything else they could do to help.
Moving can be so overwhelming. I found myself to be even more absentminded than usual. It was comforting to know that just because I didn’t have all of my requests ready up front didn’t mean I had missed my opportunity to receive their assistance.
