1. We had given you an assignment of shifting goods from Mumbai to Hyderabad on 26th August 2013.

2.You had taken an assessment of my goods on 25th August and had given us quotation of rs 12000.

1. when you came for packing on 26th august, you brought unskilled labor & untrained labors which did horrible packing especially for our kitchen items which got damaged due to bad packing & wrong handling of cartons. I am attaching photos of kitchen items which shows your inefficiency in handling the whole process of packing & moving.

   
   




2. And you were repeatedly telling that there is no guarantee of safety of our goods after packing which was reflecting your intention to deliberately damage my goods and not to do proper shifting of my goods which was promised by you at the time of sales pitch of your company.

   
   




3. And when packing got complete, you started asking for higher money and you increased the bill to 12, 900 despite our strong protest. You didnt tell about docket charge at the time of quotation and then after packing you added that.

   
   




4. Then you broke the glass sheet while packing at home (Mumbai) thus making you liable to pay Rs 1000 for this.

   
   




5. Then when we received goods on 1st September, we were surprised to see that one packet consisting of glass sheets was missing containing glass sheets worth Rs 10, 000-15, 000.

   
   




6. Then, we found 8-10 cartons plus bedding unit were fully wet & open which means either you brought the whole consignment in open truck or you kept the whole consignment some where in go-down which was open to water access.

   
   




7. When we were opening cartons, 50 % of our goods were damaged. I am attaching pictures of broken items.In my 2 wheeler, you broke the break light at back  of scooter.

   
   




8. And the time of unloading, you didn’t send your labors to unload the goods and I paid Rs 500 from my pocket to get the goods unloaded.

   
   

I am attaching all pictures and now you are liable to pay total damage of approximately Rs 1 lac.y

Swastik Packer Mumbai is a fraud packers & movers..

Guys don’t trust them ..they are worst packers & movers ever I faced.
