I was in a hurry to switch my home from Chennai to Rajasthan so I booked Swastik Movers & packers for packing and moving my house. Then after loading I paid the quoted estimate and the professional promised to deliver the goods in a week. I accepted for it but the trailer didn’t reach Rajasthan at the mentioned time.

Later the Mumbai official contacted me again and inquired about the dispatch of the consignment. I told her the reason for the delay. After two days I received all my goods safely and they also made concession for the late delivery. I wondered how those service people take personal interest in packing and moving the customer’s belongings.
Though there was an unexpected delay they managed reach us as soon as possible. They packed everything under my absence but they had done it perfectly and sincerely.
