I was in need of a new Watch and I was not really sure which brand to go for. Though I would very much love to own a Swiss watch the idea of going for it never crossed my mind as I thougt its too costly and meant only for the Super Rich. So, initially I had shortlisted Timex and Titan.
Then, one of my friend told me that Swatch is quite affordable. I asked him the price and he told me that its in the range of INR 1500 to 6000. I still thought its too costly. I thought with 1500/- bucks I could as well go for a good Titan/Timex Watches. But then I was thinking ’why not anyway enquire about it from the showroom.’
So, off I went to the Swatch showroom and they were having all the latest collections. One particular model caught my eye. It looked very similar to Omega Speedmaster . I knew it from that moment that I have to own this watch no matter how much the price is. When I enquired about the price I was told INR 4800. Though I knew that its gonna make a big hloe in my wallet I idea of owning a sexy Swiss Watch mesmerize me and I kept telling mysely that I have to buy this watch.
Though I had to wait for sometime to save enough money I atlast bought my first swiss Watch, SWATCH.
I don’t think I need to comment about the reliability, performance, etc. After all its a Swiss Watch. But I would like to say that its quite an affordable swiss watch and its really worth the money you spend on it. Till then I bought my second Swatch and I’m really happy with both the watches. I don’t really have a negative point to put, but it would be much better if they use a scratch resistant face.
I still thinking of going for my third Swatch.
