Swati is a decent pure vegetarian snack joint where prices are like paying for business class and made to travel in the economy by the Airline. We ordered Pav-bhaji, it arrived and we were shocked at the quantity. I mean for a moment i thought was it for real or i was imagining it.
Paying high rates for a branded restaurant in south Mumbai is fine but when you realize that the quantity is totally not equivalent to the price, as a custom you feel cheated. Some how from their services and management it seemed as if they don’t care they think if one has an issue stop coming to our restaurant as we have a huge list of guest waiting to be fooled.
Taste is the only saving grace as it scores full marks in serving authentic dishes mentioned in their menu. Ambiance is almost nothing, hygiene also is not considered much if compared to the rates printed on the final bill for the guest to pay. They have to start taking customer feedback seriously otherwise not swati snacks but guests will continue to be fooled just for one point of good taste and no quantity.
