I had a very bad experience with this shop last week. This shop is suppose to be one of the most expensive one in Bangalore. I had heard a lot about this shop so decided to get the birthday cake from this shop. I visited this shop several times to select a designer cake. The cake was suppose to be ready by 5:30 p.m on the due date. Finally on the due date I reached the shop at 7:30 p.m. in Koramangala. First the manager lied saying it’s getting packed. After 15 minutes I enquired again and was shocked to hear from the manager that it fell down while packing at 5:30 p.m. itself. Worst! they didn’t had any alternative and totally spoil-ed my daughter’s first B’day celebration. Seems they just don’t bother to care about service.
If are planning to visit this shop to give order for a birthday cake for your loved ones, I would suggest to follow up the order everyday.
