Hi all, swiffy cabs service are not good. The customer service is very bad. They don’t even know how to deal with their customer. Whenever I call them to ask for cab they replay very rude but even them I asked to book a cab for me. When I got cab and now when I called them back for the confirmation code but I was not able to provide received in code. So I request to book a cab as it is urgent for me. Then they took the advantage and said that it will cost me some extra bag. A driver that is very rude they don’t have good experience which I can share above described. They drive very dangerously. That is not good for traveling. Thanks
