I don’t know why these companies stop caring about their customer after a successful year. first year of swiggy was really helpful and delighted but now since they have expanded enough(I guess) so they do not care about their customer.
Being a customer we all should condemn these companies otherwise after 5 years they will start creating the monopoly.
