I have used swiggy many times to order food mainly because of the fact that you can track the delivery in real time. It is transparent I feel and delivery boys cannot cheat you that they are 5 mins away when in real they are 1 hour away.
One more thing which I liked about swiggy is the they are ready to compensate for bad quality food also. Offers are given at time which is good for customers.
One thing I would suggest is of the packing charges which they charge should be waived off as it hurts to pay extra just to pack the food.
