I had a terrible experience with this platform. I ordered premium quality rice and apples specifically for my child, but I received expired and damaged products. The rice package was broken, which is how I noticed the expiry date. I had planned to cook it the same day — imagine if I hadn’t checked and ended up feeding expired rice to my child. That’s a serious health risk!
The apples were completely rotten and had a bad smell. I don’t understand how such items are even allowed to be sold. There seems to be no quality check at all.
I raised a complaint with Instamart, but the support team didn’t provide any proper response. The product is now marked as “sold out, ” and it feels like they’re only interested in protecting the merchant, not the customer.
This isn’t just about a bad delivery — it’s about safety and basic human decency. How can anyone justify sending expired and spoiled food, especially when it’s meant for kids? Extremely disappointed.
