I have complained about the company as below to the consumer court Dear Sir \Madam , I purchased a mobile from the Subject company and they provided a warranty period of one year . Within a period of 1 year the handset is malfunctioning and the company is refusing to replace it saying that the product is not in production . They are saying that they will replace the set with a higher version and that I will have to pay them with the differential cost which is Rs 3000. This they are only saying by phone but they are not confirming by writing till this minute . Actually when I compare the online prices I would have to pay only some negligible amount and in some cases the company has to pay me the diffential amount . The customer care is not anwering any of my emails properly . Please help me . Thank you Kind Regards Prabhu
