I have book Gionee M5 Lite 32GB(Gold) on 28/01/2016 ref Order #: 100053850. after 8-10 day I have ask for my mobile dispatch detail but they not answer. I called & request to cancel my & give my money refund the intimidated cancel my order on 05/02/16 ref Credit Memo #: 100000986. on I have call 100 plus time to process my refund in my account out of that 100 plus call they answer my 4-5 call.
All time they are busy operate not know the hindi.her phone having lot of disturbance. low volume. today 09/03/16 I haven’t my refund in my account & they dont have pick-up my phone. it rubbish thing what they chose the tag line for business they dont have it .syberplace.you trust .& guarantee. f.king ppl its just irritating
