Just couple of year’s ago I came across a website, named dejavutrends.com.
It had best prices for mobile’s and tablet’s on the internet. It was offering product’s at cheaper rate than the all mighty flipkart.com. But just before I was about to order the product I thought of getting review’s on their dispatch and delivery time. All the review’s were 5 Star and were very positive. But instead of growing confidence it grew suspicion inside my mind, and when I digged through, I found out the the website was not delivering order’s. And all the review’s online was rigged and it turned out the website was bogus.
Fast-forward to 2015, I came across a very good deal for iPhone 6s on syberplace.com.
As the website had all the partner details like, ’HDFC & payu money. I could find anything suspicious about the website online I purchased the phone.
And after that I only got a tracking no which was showing invalid.
Digging further I found am not the only one to have this problem. Every one who’s order status was "Shipped" had this same issue.
After lot’s and lot’s of calling too the website and the courier company, I came to conclusion this was another fraud company.
Then after having lot of research online, I came across a service known as charge back service. With this service the bank can force a website to return the money or can directly pull back the money in the customer a.c. So finally I received my money back.
For people who are waiting for there product’s, I recommend wait no further.
And ask for refund asap, the chargeback service only work till there is money in the a.c of merchant. If there is no money in merchant a.c then your out of luck.
