Please do not spend your hard earned money & time on false promises.
I paid appr 70K for 3 yrs(same amt was to be paid additionally after marriage is finalized). We’d enrolled with Sycoriaan in July 2019 for my daughter. Since May 2021(yes this is not a typo, I mean May 2021 ie last 15 months), they could not arrange for a single telephonic conversation, either with any boy or his parents.
They did send 2 resumes every 7 to 10 days & I gave the go ahead for 90% of these. Thereafter, I was told that boy is travelling, parents yet to see profile, still under consideration etc etc but then nothing concrete ever happened and then we would get a fresh set of profiles and this cycle would repeat.
My escalations & meetings with their Customer Relations Manager did not result in anything fruitful, emails to their owner(Rashmi Gupta) were never even acknowledged.
My sincere advise to everyone is to sign up with Jeevansathi, Bharatmatrimony Shaadi.com etc where you will get some genuine responses so spend your money/time there.
