On presonal account I would rate 6.5 on a scale of 10. Likings: the stanadard of study material is good. delivery of study material is in time. effort to start on-line exams was appreciable. assessment of exam centres (about the way they were conducting exams, allowing cheatings etc. were well taken by the institute), current discipline at exam centres is good. (one instance I would like to tell while I went to give my exam at paschim vihar centre - a student without i-card and any other photo proof was allowed to appear in exam only on the basis of the computer print of exam sheet without photograph. this could be a case where somebody appearing on actual student’s behalf).
Dislikings: the level of pcp was a mix not too good. the duration of pcp classes was too less. one full day to cover one subject is not justifiable. it just provides you an eagle’s eye view. level of website is not too good, half of the links are not working. communication is too bad, grievences, complaints are not being handled/addresses properly. too huge business being handled immaturely just because it is one of the best institutes and is highly in demand. visibility to the students for any help is too low.
my overall experience is good on study / exams point of view. but not good on communication pont of view. but it is far better than other private institutes.
