E-learninig, Wi-fi network, alumni meets in 5 cities (including dubai) etc etc etc.. this b-school in pune though 27 years old never gets tired of innovation. And all these innovations lead to better placements every season. 2005 was a historic year with JP MORGAN, CADBURYS, OLAM INTERNATIONAL, INTEL, IBM, HSBC, AMC and many others recruiting for the first time apart from GSK, ITC , DABUR, NESTLE, WIPRO, INFOSYS, etc who recruit regularly.
Though the currrent campus is small for a b-school , in 2007 SIBM will move in a 100 acre fully residential which will make it a force to reckon with !!
Another thing which is unique about the inst is the level of student involvement, the students’ council virtually runs the college, from building infrastructure to building relations with alunmni and corporates, everything is done by students. Even the design of the new campus was finalised in consultation with the students.
In all, 2 years at SIBM are the best years of your life and they ensure that the coming years are better than the best!!
