I bought this symphony air cooler on 2015. I used the same for 4 months( full summer) .
Initially water leaked just above the fan. So, fan blades sprayed water like rain. Then I called customercare for resolving the same. They did the same and worked normally.
Then in the winter, I drained full water in tank and kept in corner of the house. Since not required.
Then again in the year 2016th summer I filled water and switched on the cooler. But only water circulation happened. Fan not rotated. Since warranty period expired. I don’t know what to do.
Please think before buying this product. We need to use this product continously.
