First thing, we need to understand that this is a air cooler not air condition. Please try to understand that if we spend less than 10000 thousand and we want cool air like ac, than it is big joke.
This is air cooler and we need to follow the rules which is recommending by company.Like 1) keep water in air cooler tank and it should be full.
2) keep window open
3) replace inside pad regularly.
When we follows all criteria than we will definitely get good and fresh air.
I am also using air cooler last 2 year and it is very effective, not like a AC because it not a AC. if someone wants cooling like a AC, then increase the budget and purchase AC.

Currently I can’t afford AC so I am using air cooler and I followed all criteria. So I am happy with air cooler. in future I will capable to purchase AC definitely I will purchase AC. .
this symphony cooler is very nice. It is a light weight cooler so it is very hand, we can carry cooler anywhere due to less weight . The body structure of cooler is so organised, it is occupied less area. We can put anywhere.And there is one more thing, there is no need to do service regularly like ac so it is save money.
