It is the one trusted cooler brand in India . Its service and support is very good . They solve your every issue very quickly.According to me it is very supportive . It cools the entire room effectively .Also it do not produce much noise .But after some period of usage it becomes noisy. Also water level indication do not work properly.
This product is not reliable .I am partially satisfied with this product mainly due to its cooling and low power consumption. Its price is bit high . According to my they should lower their cost.
