Horrible after sales service of Symphony Aircooler

Hi,

I had purchased Symphony Diet air cooler 2 years back. Its no longer working and after repeated calls to customer service also they are not able to send anyone.

I am Bangalore based. But looks like their service pan India is bad. Please check out the FB page
