I purchased a Windows 41 cooler a few years back. But it was sparingly used due to running of air conditioners for a long time.
However, this summer we thought of utilizing it but the pads were dirty. So we made a service complaint on company whatsapp number: 9510976161. They responded by giving customer number 1009295 and gave Ticket No.GH23032100271 on March 23, 2021.
Since then I find everyday the status-open-open-open.
but no solution till 04 April 2021.
