Strom i 100 - Poor Quality & after Sales Service

Although, Symphony has designed an eye-catching air cooler but I am sorry to say that quality of pump is lower than any locally available cooler. Within one month, water pump stopped working, super expensive Strom I 100 becomes a tower fan rather than cooler within one month since its operation. Have been following up with symphony since one week but there is no response at all. If you are looking for quality & after sales service, please don’t invest your money in Symphony
