I have bought this cooler a week ago.
Excellent cooler with this price, little noisy but got adjusted within 2 days. The best part of the cooler is remote, you can control your cooler wherever you are. I love the portability as the wheels are of good quality. Though you have cooled as a separate option it doesn’t make any difference compared to the fan within cooler. The bad part was customer service none of them from Symphony visited yet to show the demo, somehow I managed to go through youtube to see how to use. I would recommend taking care of your customers with these small issues that create a greater impact.
