After using cooler for 3 years i thought of servicing the cooler so i registered complaint online ticket number Kp03042100123. if i am not wrong the technichian’s name was Rahul. he inspected the cooler and said there is problem in one part of cooler and suggested i will get is repaired in 2 days time. Till today its been 1 month there is no sign ot him. everytime i call him he says "i will come tomorrow or day after"
