Symphony that claims to be the no 1 company in coolers, are actually worst not only in products but their after sales service is also pathetic. I own Diet 22, though we din used it much it started creating problems.
First the pump was gone and secondly the motor. When we try getting in touch with Customer Care they transfer your call to different locations and every one suggest you to call the other one as no one is available to take the responsibility. With such fancy coolers which have occupied a good space and advertises to be the best, you wont find the parts of the cooler anywhere and even their customer care wont respond.
Once you open up this fancy cooler which are just good for the decor you will see that the spares used doesnt have any quality". I feel cheated by the company, instead of solving your issues they close your complains and moreover those people also dont have spare parts in their logistics. Pathetic experience.
