I have used Symphony DiET 12T tower air cooler for 2 months. No, I must it lasted only for 2 months. This cooler only cools a particular region that means a particular person. Some times water comes out of this cooler. This was a disaster.
I seeked help from the customer care but that was useless. No body approached me to help from Symphony. Do not use any Symphony products. Poor service and do not lasts long. I won’t recommend.
