My dear friends tody I am gonna tell you about, Symphony Diet 22T Air cooler, friends I purchased this product 3-4 months before from relience digital store at a price of Rs. 8499/- first 2 months it work properly, cooling above average. But after 2months 1 day it automatically off, I do not understand what happened then I rise a complaint at customer care, and thier engineer come after a week, and not repond in a good way, after all he told me that it had an motor issue the motor fired, In 2months it’s motor fired, and I don’t have voltage issue in my area. Somehow after the waiting of 10 days finally motor came, engineer assambled the new motor, but that motor is very slow as compared to the previous, now the cooler very slow, not cooling good, and service was also not good. It’s totally BIG BRAND CHEAP PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
The product is over budgeted as we have many options but I go for brand but it’s totally worthless for me. I am not recommand you to buy this product because it is totally a worthless and overbudgeted product. I am very very very disappointed.
