People who cannot afford air conditioning(A/C) at homes or sometimes people staying in rented house do not wish to invest in AC’s are major customer base for Symphony Coolers.
DiET is very slim in size and can be shifted to any location easily but only when water is not filled into the water tank. Cooling capacity cannot be compared to that of AC’s but certainly it helps cool 12x12 room in adequate time even in sunny days or summer season.
I have been using this Symphony cooler for 2-3 years now and the only problem I faced was the motor noise. At once the motor/pump stopped working which was fixed by support representative and never faced any major issue since then. Its a good cooler for me.
