I live in Hyderabad and bought Symphony Diet 22i last year (2013) May through Homeshop18. There was an issue with one of the stand wheels and I faced quite a bit of problem with symphony customer service at that time for finding a solution. It got addressed only after two way follow up from myself and Homeshop18. Then I used it for about one and half months last summer. Two weeks back started using it again, and three days ago pump stopped working. Lodged a complaint with customer service, wherein we get a local contact and a code through SMS. I got surprised when technician turned up today (only after 2-3 calls follow up) and promptly replaced the pump. No charges incurred as the product is under 1 year warranty. Pump going kaput after less than 2 months of usage doesnt speak well about product quality, however on my part I was using bore water which causes more scaling.
