Purchased Symphony Diet 22i just couple of days back having read some very positive technical reviews of the cooler.However, when comes to maintenance part, I have heard that Symphony service is not up to the mark.Here is my first experience with the customer care of Symphony:
I tired to register my product using online registration at:https://symphonylimited.com/service/warranty-registration.aspx, but the site never responded when submit option has been clicked.I supposed, it was down for the moment.Tried using SMS to their prescribed no. 09510070111 that too did not give any response .
When I called their customer care, they gave me another no.;09510080111 by saying earlier mentioned no. was not in use any more .
That too did not fetch any result.No confirmation message came.I again called them.This time they are saying, no need to register.Your purchase memo will be enough for servicing.
What is this?Then why the hell they have written that registration is mandatory to enjoy warranty benefits.
Must say, approach of customer care is pathetic at Symphony.
Can anyone please provide a pointer on this.
