I have a personal experience regarding this product which is very disheartening. We got this air cooler for front waiting hall of our office. They provide very pathetic service to customers as they were very reluctant in following instructions while setting up this product also they did not help us with any of our queries as they were in a rush to just deliver this order ad run. Also, opposite to our expectation the cooler first did not give the desired cooling effect and second its range of cooling was also limited. After a few days of use the cooler started making sound like any other Aluminium body cooler and when complained for the same the company officials were very late to react and solve the issue. This product is surely not reliable as we have faced many problems regarding its functionality and have replaced it already. This product rather than giving satisfaction to customer, makes them deal with tons of issues. this product gives no value for money and is sheer waste of funds.
